To win this fantastic new flash fiction writing competition, and using the photo for inspiration, write a story in 500 words or less. This may not be as easy as it seems so consider your starting point carefully. We are looking for a compelling read and an imaginative story. This writing competition will be judged, announced and prizes awarded on or before December 21st 2014 so if you would like some extra cash for Christmas, summon up your creative inspiration now.

Here’s the rules:

Must be written in English

Must be previously unpublished

Must be written in 500 words or less including the title

Multiple submissions are welcome providing the appropriate fees are made

Entry into this competition implies acceptance to the rules
