For this fun fiction writing competition, you have just 100 words or less to create an opening to a story. It must be compelling and captivating. Note – this is not a complete story. With only 100 words, make your opening as dynamic as possible. Remember, you will be up against writers from all over the world. Have fun with this challenge.
We will judge and publish the winner of this writing competition one week from the closing date.

Submissions must be original and previously unpublished
Submissions must adhere to the word count. 100 words maximum including the title.
Submissions must be in English
Submissions are welcome from writers worldwide but writers must be aged 18 and over to win a cash prize
Stories MUST be pasted into the body of the email. Please do not send attachments.
